Shipping Policy

Processing time Every order is hand-built, tested, and checked before it ships, nothing goes out the door that hasn't actually been played and verified first. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be built and prepared for shipment. GLIDE Pocket Synths often move faster than this since units are typically pre-built and tested in batches ahead of time, but 7 days is the outside window we plan around across the board.

Delivery time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days depending on where you're located. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control once a package is handed off, but if something looks off, reach out and we'll sort it out.

Carrier We ship via FedEx. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship Right now we only ship within the United States. We're not yet able to ship internationally or to APO/FPO/military addresses. If you're unsure whether we can get an order to you, message us before ordering and we'll let you know.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

If something goes wrong Mistakes happen sometimes, a label gets mixed up, a package goes missing, whatever. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or never shows up, email us at hello@atomiccreations.co and we'll make it right.
